Sigma Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Sigma DIAS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Sigma DIAS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DIAS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DIAS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WFC40250CHT manufactured by T-B-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most T-B-Woods systems and parts. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TPVG43104NBF by Trans-Power and X4C50150CE spares by T-B-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
