Soft Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Soft SN-30 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Soft SN-30 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SN-30 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SN-30 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F316L316L manufactured by Tsc and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsc systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Elbe Brand 6030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
