Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sony A-8277-896-A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Spectra-physics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sony product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the 8881SC1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 82021101 manufactured by Spectra-physics and we are pleased to be able to service most Spectra-physics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SL331SL331 by Manufacturer Sony as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sprecher--Schuh Brand H22222 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sprecher--Schuh such as CEP9EOSSDS equipment made by Sprecher--Schuh have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 8000279 made by Southcon as well as the popular SBA0100101 original spares produced by Spectrum

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MRL25850 by Spectrum and CEP9EOSSDS spares by Sprecher--Schuh are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DH072330E4N01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sony.
