Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Stahl ET-436-A-R2-SR parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Extron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fadal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fafnir product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Extron such as the 11430F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10201BPCB0000 manufactured by Fadal and we are pleased to be able to service most Fadal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SA21116 by Manufacturer Fafnir as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fadal Brand 10402A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fahr-bucher such as S5AVA9540408065 equipment made by Fahr-bucher have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available X121XDRE made by Fabco as well as the popular F416PID original spares produced by Facts-Engineering

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N2006C by Fab and S5AVA9540408065 spares by Fahr-bucher are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2080FC2AB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk.
