We service and repair Sunx PE-22 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Sunx PE-22 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PE-22 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our PE-22 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tritronics such as the RA2LA2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XUBA045214KS manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SF1S40P by Manufacturer Sunx as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Takex Brand PA6820E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Turck such as 4271493 equipment made by Turck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Turck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Turck" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MG360F120 made by Triad as well as the popular 843172 original spares produced by Thermotron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SH82R by Sunx and 4271493 spares by Turck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
