Timotion Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Timotion TA2 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Timotion TA2 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TA2 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TA2 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tolomatic such as the BCS10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DXSL21GMEB manufactured by Topworx and we are pleased to be able to service most Topworx systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2N2B2236A by Manufacturer Toshiba as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Timotion Brand TL4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Total-Control such as 82911K equipment made by Total-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Total-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Total-Control" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LE023 made by Topvision as well as the popular 307006182318 original spares produced by Tr-Electronic
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TD008AC by Toshiba and 82911K spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
