Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Trans-col KLR80ATB4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out U.s.-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 U.s.-Motors product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the BL20PGEN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C25P2FCR manufactured by U.s.-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most U.s.-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D100P1GS by Manufacturer U.s.-Motors as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Turbo Brand C4T7NZ36A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Trumpf such as 86931 equipment made by Trumpf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trumpf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trumpf" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TR72 made by Triad-Controls-Inc. as well as the popular A25P4C original spares produced by U.s.-Motors

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C50P3C by U.s.-Motors and 86931 spares by Trumpf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
