Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the United 802-6BS-9124 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Valmet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vectron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Us-Motors product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Valmet such as the PICT09125100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BFR manufactured by Vectron and we are pleased to be able to service most Vectron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HD10P3E by Manufacturer Us-Motors as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Us-Motors-Emerson Brand 8P5P2C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Us-Motors such as U2P3D equipment made by Us-Motors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Motors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Motors" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PW2LX03S by Veris and U2P3D spares by Us-Motors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
