Viking Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Viking EHCC and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Viking EHCC include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the EHCC if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our EHCC repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vmic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wenglor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Walter product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vmic such as the VMIVME767 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XN96PAH3S76 manufactured by Wenglor and we are pleased to be able to service most Wenglor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B3213DF15 by Manufacturer Walter as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Weber Brand 402624KW in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westinghouse such as 2D81400G10 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available eMT370A made by Weintek as well as the popular 351801 original spares produced by Weso
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3006017 by Westamp and 2D81400G10 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
