Viking Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Viking EHCC and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Viking EHCC include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the EHCC if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our EHCC repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wenglor such as the YT7MGV80S652 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5302631005 manufactured by Warner and we are pleased to be able to service most Warner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 75838308 by Manufacturer Vwr as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Warner Brand 5371169029 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Watkins-Johnson such as 90670001 equipment made by Watkins-Johnson have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M3024063B220504 by Walter and 90670001 spares by Watkins-Johnson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
