Viscom Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Viscom VPAC and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Viscom VPAC include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the VPAC if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our VPAC repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Von-Weise product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the VM3611T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VL3514 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V03836AD07 by Manufacturer Von-Weise as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Dura-drive-Plus Brand VDE530 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nsk such as YS2020FN001 equipment made by Nsk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nsk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nsk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VM7014 made by Baldor as well as the popular VPLB1152FPK14AA original spares produced by Allen-Bradley
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VPLB1002EPJ14ASA by Allen-bradley and YS2020FN001 spares by Nsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6150 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner.
