Vortex Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Vortex VMC-101 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Vortex VMC-101 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the VMC-101 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our VMC-101 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader U.s-Electrical-Motors such as the 1135RPM145T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D918W4 manufactured by Unimation and we are pleased to be able to service most Unimation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F360A by Manufacturer Unipulse as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Unico Brand 323569002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Unico such as 103203004 equipment made by Unico have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Unico products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Unico" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 32LT900245 made by Carrier as well as the popular 313175 original spares produced by Unico
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3000602F by Uniloc and 103203004 spares by Unico are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 001050T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ultrapointe.
