Vortex Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Vortex VMC-101 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Vortex VMC-101 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the VMC-101 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our VMC-101 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UCX20BRCF manufactured by Dns-Dai-Nippon-Screen and we are pleased to be able to service most Dns-Dai-Nippon-Screen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E1107439 by Manufacturer United-Electric as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UMC00F by Umc and 2ABLY9RG2217 spares by U.s.-Robotics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
