Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Wago 750-474 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warner-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Watlow parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Watlow product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Electric such as the SC420101000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Model93AA1CA000RG93AA93AA1CA093PIDTemp manufactured by Watlow and we are pleased to be able to service most Watlow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 520001 by Manufacturer Watlow as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Watlow Brand 942A3CC0A000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Waltron such as K2014419B equipment made by Waltron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Waltron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Waltron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 392VXC made by Wahl-Instruments as well as the popular BP9102B7512FIMCylinderNEMA34 original spares produced by Warner-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 988L10BAAAGG by Red-Lion and K2014419B spares by Waltron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
