Yamaha Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Yamaha HPB and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Yamaha HPB include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the HPB if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our HPB repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yamatake such as the sdc26 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MX100CM91BMX100CM91 manufactured by Yamatake and we are pleased to be able to service most Yamatake systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DMC10S2CV0400 by Manufacturer Yamatake as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMEV04D3A61 by Yaskawa and SRCX10 spares by Yamaha are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
