Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa CACR-SR30-TZ6SM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hoffman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the CM400DU12F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DAH2001A manufactured by Hoffman and we are pleased to be able to service most Hoffman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM1200E4C34N by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mitsubishi Brand CM1200HC66H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Computer-Dynamics such as CDIAD1260 equipment made by Computer-Dynamics have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available CM300DY12NF made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular CM300HA124H original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CDRB1FW15180ST99L by Smc and CDIAD1260 spares by Computer-Dynamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DDS21W015DA0100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat.
