Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yaskawa USAFED-09C22 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tamagawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Marathon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tamagawa such as the TS801N3E13 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T56S1013 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U005A by Manufacturer Marathon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yaskawa Brand USADED37E32KE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Torque-Systems such as SMR4045THHT107D equipment made by Torque-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Torque-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Torque-Systems" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
