Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yokogawa DX230 Suffix -2-2/A3/M1/R1/N1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yudo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yokogawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Zae product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yudo such as the CW992UNIT5ABD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 707038 manufactured by Yokogawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yokogawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 146815011 by Manufacturer Zae as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yokogawa Brand DR1015B80UR1015B8KC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yokogawa such as F9557HB04 equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ELITE802 made by Zebra as well as the popular 32001700 original spares produced by Zenith

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FPN1903A by Motorola and F9557HB04 spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GPAL100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Zaytran.
