Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Yokogawa Y820-00-0/P1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ziatech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yushin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Baldor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ziatech such as the ZT21012WF1A1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8178A manufactured by Yushin and we are pleased to be able to service most Yushin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZHH100E by Manufacturer Baldor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yudo Brand CW992UNIT15ABD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by -1- such as 11OR847SELECT847FROMPGSLEEP15 equipment made by -1- have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZPS400 by Zenith and 11OR847SELECT847FROMPGSLEEP15 spares by -1- are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ZT88CT25 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ziatech.
