Del-tron Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Del-tron CXL and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Del-tron CXL include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the CXL if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our CXL repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Drexelbrook products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Druck product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Drexelbrook such as the 5023000901 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 17S30H manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RPT410F3143 by Manufacturer Druck as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Dodge Brand 28825 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Denso such as 410622O410 equipment made by Denso have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Denso products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Denso" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RS33SS made by Del-tron as well as the popular mrt700hd01 original spares produced by Deuta-werke
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 210079 by Dover-Motion and 410622O410 spares by Denso are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 25002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Domino.
