Habonim Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Habonim H20 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Habonim H20 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the H20 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our H20 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hanna-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Heinzmann product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the LCD120035 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HI7002221 manufactured by Hanna-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Hanna-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature STG by Manufacturer Heinzmann as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Hayssen Brand 10217A2849 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hengstler such as 0524557 equipment made by Hengstler have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SPECTRUM by Hbc-Radiomatic and 0524557 spares by Hengstler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HI943500A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hanna-Instruments.
