Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the I-tork ITQ-0240 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jtekt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Karl-Mayer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Johnson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jtekt such as the TYD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BE554 manufactured by Karl-Mayer and we are pleased to be able to service most Karl-Mayer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2726459 by Manufacturer Johnson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Jancd-cpii Brand DF820378 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kearney--Trecker such as M10183028 equipment made by Kearney--Trecker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kearney--Trecker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kearney--Trecker" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3110052072 made by Jbt-Corporation as well as the popular SM710A original spares produced by Jordan-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 71278102 by Kt and M10183028 spares by Kearney--Trecker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPC1500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Juniper.
