Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Krenz-vent A8270 MTR-A8270 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lj products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kuka parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Labod product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lj such as the 007498REVKK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 133594 manufactured by Kuka and we are pleased to be able to service most Kuka systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature INOU22 by Manufacturer Labod as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Lake-Shore Brand 520 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Labsphere such as LPS1000042LPS1000042 equipment made by Labsphere have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Labsphere products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Labsphere" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 52A125S21 made by Kriwan as well as the popular AMPH80ZCA2 original spares produced by Lafert

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PFU760 by Krom and LPS1000042LPS1000042 spares by Labsphere are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9191601350 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ktron.
