Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Meto-fer ZK 128 / S 128 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Monitek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Switch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Microswitch product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Monitek such as the CSG1290000A0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FE8VTB6M manufactured by Micro-Switch and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Switch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LZH1 by Manufacturer Microswitch as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mountz Brand 79005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Namco such as EE51010400 equipment made by Namco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Namco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Namco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S241HC made by Minco as well as the popular 11FB430 original spares produced by Micro-Switch

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MA06250TC120 by Micro-Measurements and EE51010400 spares by Namco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EE23032220 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Namco.
