Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Moore 39ACM24BEN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Texas-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Impulse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Texas-Instruments such as the 5652820 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4041AFG manufactured by Impulse and we are pleased to be able to service most Impulse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 509BJXD by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Abb Brand 3HAC105551 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lubriquip such as 510770110 equipment made by Lubriquip have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lubriquip products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lubriquip" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3HAB5760 made by Abb as well as the popular 51402797200 original spares produced by Measurex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 510080 by Esw-Electronic-Systems-Of-Wisconsin and 510770110 spares by Lubriquip are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 510DU245059A005 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount.
