Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Multi-amp B-2500 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Namco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nicolet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mutoh product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Namco such as the E79020112 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 000947201 manufactured by Nicolet and we are pleased to be able to service most Nicolet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DGLX610 by Manufacturer Mutoh as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Nikki-Denso Brand NPSA20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nematron such as iPC15T54B0XAA0 equipment made by Nematron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UM230C made by Nachi as well as the popular ZUEP50340 original spares produced by National

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 913032 by Nexen and iPC15T54B0XAA0 spares by Nematron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KB80UUAJ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nippon-Bearing.
