Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nardco/warner 1129 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bobcat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Amer-Carbon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bobcat such as the 6662855 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RG4812 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature J36157 by Manufacturer Amer-Carbon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Apex Brand AT240FLS2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bayside such as MT300100003 equipment made by Bayside have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bayside products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bayside" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TL30H1002012 made by Baldor as well as the popular 70833114 original spares produced by Ameridrive

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VDH080MF1161510G by Alpha and MT300100003 spares by Bayside are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R3400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Andantex.
