Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nec 163-238910 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kane-may parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Kawasaki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the ADController509991545R10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8104 manufactured by Kane-may and we are pleased to be able to service most Kane-may systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HR11S0611D402 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kawasaki Brand SDampCS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kearney such as 8102176001 equipment made by Kearney have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kearney products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kearney" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1LT32 made by Kawasaki as well as the popular TPBSVDN1AS52 original spares produced by Kawasaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 120679 by Kearney and 8102176001 spares by Kearney are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 509991763R05 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki.
