Powerex Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Powerex BG2A and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Powerex BG2A include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the BG2A if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our BG2A repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Process-Control such as the C1200EXD0B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 101073635001 manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PFXGP3600TAADK by Manufacturer Proface as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Presstech Brand 7508081001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Proface such as PS3701AT41DUE66 equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6610118 by Ppt and PS3701AT41DUE66 spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
