Precise Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Precise PVSF and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Precise PVSF include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PVSF if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Prosoft such as the PLX31EIPPND spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 010081660 manufactured by Psi and we are pleased to be able to service most Psi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PFXGP4601TAA by Manufacturer Proface as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Proface Brand GP4301T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Progressive-Automations such as PA39 equipment made by Progressive-Automations have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 072000090 by Primatics and PA39 spares by Progressive-Automations are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
