Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rota-cyl AD11.5X90-1-C24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rta-Pavia products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Relialube product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rta-Pavia such as the GAC034262VACGAC03N6212 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S32DT71D82BMZ manufactured by Sew and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7916130EX60TBR by Manufacturer Relialube as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Rotor-Nl Brand 4AP714 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rotoflow such as 16R100D371 equipment made by Rotoflow have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rotoflow products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rotoflow" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TRU made by R-tec as well as the popular 880007372038400 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3BC613211400B by Saft and 16R100D371 spares by Rotoflow are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EE1100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saic.
