Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew-eurdrive R37DT9OL4BMG2MRZ-02141 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rexnord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Falk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sew-eurodrive product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexnord such as the SRB100035A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RK2040F2A manufactured by Falk and we are pleased to be able to service most Falk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RF97DT100L2BH64HR by Manufacturer Sew-eurodrive as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Dodge Brand TXT525TB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as STF20010BA equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RG200030SSAS03ABCDE made by Textron as well as the popular TA4207H40 original spares produced by Dodge

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SA37TAM56 by Sew and STF20010BA spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RF73850 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston.
