Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew-eurodrive MC07A005-5A3-4-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shinko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Tb-Woods product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGDFA3CS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HASSYC809700 manufactured by Shinko and we are pleased to be able to service most Shinko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WFC40075C by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Volcano Brand 802348002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Berger-Lahr such as WS5528100 equipment made by Berger-Lahr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Berger-Lahr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Berger-Lahr" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VFNC12002PYA13 made by Toshiba as well as the popular VFSX2007P original spares produced by Toshiba

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Z612 by Marathon and WS5528100 spares by Berger-Lahr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ZWL48A17T2001B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marathon.
