Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Torque-hub 114990, N11500406, 16-A-535 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Us-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Viking parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Winsmith product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motor such as the OTN2505S1B33X160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 355140C04718 manufactured by Viking and we are pleased to be able to service most Viking systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B357228X0LK by Manufacturer Winsmith as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Warner Brand 5203451037 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Us-Motor such as CBN2201BSB54U180 equipment made by Us-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Motor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E432 made by U.-S.-Motors as well as the popular EP400 original spares produced by Warner

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CO281668 by Tt2 and CBN2201BSB54U180 spares by Us-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3551005627 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Viking.
