Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tri-clover SP114TD-10ND-01U-25SP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tsubaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Truper parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Tsubaki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsubaki such as the KD2007BS18KC6002BS18 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10067 manufactured by Truper and we are pleased to be able to service most Truper systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2W19550TW100 by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Tsi Brand 2615032 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Trw such as 319A1123 equipment made by Trw have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 627303B627303BA62730374 by Tsudakoma and 319A1123 spares by Trw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 339853 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tru-scope.
