Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Uni-lift ELE01000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Uticor-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vacon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Us-Motors product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Uticor-Technology such as the 58375 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NXS00095A2H1SSSA9A2000000 manufactured by Vacon and we are pleased to be able to service most Vacon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2890F45020 by Manufacturer Us-Motors as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Uni-lift Brand ELE01000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Velonex such as V761 equipment made by Velonex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Velonex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Velonex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 601400001 made by United-Science as well as the popular 41428715 original spares produced by Unisys

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 18M4BAB0R0 by Verniteck and V761 spares by Velonex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 32747024003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Unisys.
