Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Zebra ZBR2-PGEHD-28S4C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pattern-Processing-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Powertec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Laser-Atlanta product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pattern-Processing-Technologies such as the 6610057ML spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C751N4N1025 manufactured by Powertec and we are pleased to be able to service most Powertec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SpeedLaserS by Manufacturer Laser-Atlanta as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Power-Electronics Brand M546CX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Power-one such as SPL4010254 equipment made by Power-one have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Power-one products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Power-one" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ICT481220A made by Ict as well as the popular IDOCK original spares produced by Poweramp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 61041 by Porelon and SPL4010254 spares by Power-one are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HE2472AG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Power-One.
